Manor Investments have secured a revised planning permission for the Burlingham Mill development and are please to be involved with the the ongoing project delivery for this historical building and new build dwellings in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Burlingham Mill, a 19th century seed cleaning mill, was built by grain merchants George Burlingham and Sons in the 19th century and has been vacant since the mid 90’s.

Full planning permission has now been granted and works have commenced for the conversion of the existing mill building into 14 luxury apartments, plus 24 new build apartments and 4 mews houses, along with 48 car parking spaces.

The redevelopment of this site will be another key milestone in the regeneration of Station Hill Regeneration Zone, Bury St Edmunds.
