Good progress is being made at Plots 1 and 2, Green Farm, Barrow.  The roof tiles are being fitted, windows installed, internal walls constructed and first fix electrics and plumbing are complete.

Maple Building Services Ltd are on programme and are due to complete the houses in January 2022, ready for occupation.

ICW Structural Warranties, arranged by Granite Building Warranties, are working with Gateway Building Control who are inspecting on a regular basis and are very satisfied with the work undertaken to date.
