Commercial Consent Secured on Site Adj to A14

On behalf of OC Jewers & Sons Ltd, a prominent East Anglian based business, we have secured an industrial consent for 34,000 sq ft with 107 car parking spaces in two separate buildings. There will be a range of high quality B1, B2 and B8 units  from  2,700 sq ft  –  6,900 sq ft. Units will be let individually or as a whole  and construction is due to start in 2019.  The application  involved  a pre app in January this year with Mid Suffolk and Babergh District Council  and detailed application was submitted in June. The architects are Cambridge based CMP Architects and highways assessments undertaken by Journey Transport Planning. This new development has been well designed and will provide much needed industrial space for local occupiers in a strong strategic location.
