Planning Secured 19 Units in Swaffham Bulbeck, Cambs

Manor Investments  has secured planning for 19 dwellings at a site known as the Former Hillside Quarry, Swaffham Bulbeck. We worked closely with the landowner and assembled the right professional team, including Camal Architects  to prepare a scheme that was modern/contemporary in design and responded to the local housing requirements.  The scheme comprised of  11 open market and 8 affordable houses. At the time of application East Cambs had shortfall in their 5 year land supply  and the site was granted a consent in the first quarter 2018 and will now be sold to a regional developer.
