The Sidings Student Building, Falmouth

The Sidings is a new purpose built student accommodation facility comprising of 233 rooms let to Exeter University on a 25 year lease. The building has been designed to a very high standard incorporating the latest student housing requirements and are in 8 bedroom clusters with state of the art communal facilities.

The Sidings was completed in the Summer of 2012 and is now fully occupied.
