Taunton New Student Halls of Residence – September 2016

The new student building on South Road, pre let to Richard Huish Sixth Form College on a new 21 year FRI lease is progressing well.  The development comprises 65 student beds plus 2 apartments and is being constructed by Barratt and Canniford Ltd.  We are now at first floor level and practical completion scheduled for July 2017, with the first students moving in September 2017.
